For the reasons stated in the companion case of Monty D. Darbonne, Admr., etc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., et al., 408 So.2d 300, (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1981), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this date, the judgment of the district court in the present case is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
