ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Wallace Danos, filed an appeal from a judgment of foreclosure signed by the trial court on February 1, 2024. Appellant has now filed in this court a notice of bankruptcy. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.1. Appellant indicates that he filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on June 14, 2024. The notice complies with Rule 8.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See id. Therefore, pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, we abate this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 8.2. The parties are requested to inform this court of the resolution of the bankruptcy proceedings or any other event that would allow this appeal to be reinstated. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.3.

This appeal is abated.
