ORDER

PER CURIAM

On April 4, 2023, we abated this appeal and remanded this matter to the trial court with instructions to prepare and file written findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding the voluntariness of appellant's July 25, 2018 statements to law enforcement. On May 26, 2023, the Frio County District Clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law. We therefore REINSTATE this appeal to our active docket.

This case will be submitted on briefs before a panel consisting of Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Beth Watkins, and Justice Liza A. Rodriguez on June 26, 2023. All parties will be notified of the court's decisions in this appeal in accordance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 48.
