ORDER

On October 17, 2016, appellant's brief was due. The following day, we notified her that her brief was past due; we instructed appellant to file her brief and an extension motion within ten days. On October 28, 2016, appellant filed a motion which we will construe as a motion seeking an extension of time to file her brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant's brief due November 30, 2016. Appellant is cautioned to file a brief that satisfies the requirements of rules 9.4 and 38.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
