ORDER VACATING JUNE 16, 2020, ORDER AND DENYING PLEA TO THE JURISDICTION

The Court, having erred in signing a form of Order submitted to it, hereby vacates its previous Order of June 16, 2020, deferring a ruling on Sheriff Brown's Plea to the Jurisdiction, and, instead, having considered the Plea and the Parties' submissions and arguments of counsel, finds that Defendant's Plea to the Jurisdiction should be and hereby is DENIED.
