Before the Court is appellant's motion for extension of time to file brief and first amended brief. We GRANT the motion. We ORDER the brief received January 10, 2022 filed as of the date of this order. We further ORDER appellant to file the amended brief no later than February 24, 2022. We caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.

Appellee's brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the amended brief.
