Upon due consideration of respondent's status report, filed December 27, 2023, it is

ORDERED that respondent's status report is recharacterized as respondent's motion for extension of time. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time is granted, and the time within which the parties must conduct a supplemental hearing is extended to February 27, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than March 28, 2024, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
