On January 30, 2023, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision purporting to resolve this litigation. However, review shows that the decision incorporates a reference to notice of deficiency issued January 28, 2022, whereas the notice of deficiency for 2019 underlying this proceeding is dated November 15, 2021.
