Kennan DANDAR and Dandar & Dandar P.A., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY FLAG SERVICE ORGANIZATION, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order and as untimely.

Appellees' motion to seal proceeding is granted. This proceeding has been sealed in this court.

Although the appellees set forth appropriate grounds for dismissal, the court dismissed this appeal because the appellants did not respond to the court's order to show cause of September 13, 2012. Therefore, the appellees' motion to dismiss appeal is denied as moot.

Appellees' motion for award of appellate attorney's fees is granted and remanded to the circuit court for determination of the amount of fees.
