On April 6, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and a reference list of redacted information with respect to that motion. As the reference list includes identifying information with respect to the target taxpayer in this case, pursuant to Rule 345(b), the Court will seal that document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's reference list of redacted information, filed April 6, 2022, is sealed and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity, except by an Order of the Court.
