ORDER

Joe Kendall, Matthew R. Scott, and Javier Perez of the Kendall Law Group, LLP have been representing appellee. Stating the Kendall Law Group is dissolving December 31, 2015, they have filed a motion seeking to have Mr. Kendall and the Kendall Law Group removed from the appeal and informing the Court that Mr. Scott and Mr. Perez, both now associated with Scott Perez, LLP, will continue representing appellee. We GRANT the December 28th motion and DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Kendall and the Kendall Law Group as counsel for appellee.
