Before the Court is the parties' October 14, 2020 motion to abate the appeal for ninety days to allow them to finalize their contingent settlement agreement. We GRANT the motion to the extent that we ORDER appellant to file, by December 15, 2020, either its brief on the merits, a status report, or a motion to dismiss.
