ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's July 26, 2017 unopposed motion for leave to withdraw evidence and file a sur-reply to appellant's reply brief. The motions are GRANTED.
The surveillance video recording referred to in appellee's brief and appellant's reply brief on appeal was not admitted into evidence below and is withdrawn from these proceedings.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to file Appellee Connie Moon's Sur-Reply to Appellant's Reply Brief, which was attached as an exhibit to appellee's July 26, 2017 motion, as of the date received.
