This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 28, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties reached a basis of settlement in this case, and that petitioner informed respondent that her last name has changed. On March 28, 2022, the Court directed the parties, on or before April 11, 2022, to file written reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, April 18, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read "Mariaha Knight, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further
