Joel A. D'Alba & Robyn G. D'Alba Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke Judge

On March 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time First Amendment to Answer with a First Amendment to Answer lodged thereto. The Court will direct petitioners to respond to respondent's pending motion and notes that respondent's certificate of service on both documents does not reflect the address of record with the Court. Therefore the Court will serve these documents on petitioners' correct address, and respondent should serve the proper address in the future. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners are directed on or before April 8, 2022, to file with the Court a response to respondent's pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve on petitioners' address of record the following documents: (1) respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time First Amendment to Answer, and (2) respondent's First Amendment to Answer.
