Opinion

No. 3D11-2007 Lower Tribunal No. 10-21439

02-08-2012

Dyan Dahari, Petitioner, v. Zion Dahari, Respondent.

Sandy T. Fox, for petitioner. Manuel A. Segarra, Segarra & Associates, P.A., for respondent.

Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing.

On Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Maria Espinosa Dennis, Judge.

Sandy T. Fox, for petitioner.

Manuel A. Segarra, Segarra & Associates, P.A., for respondent. Before RAMIREZ, SUAREZ, and ROTHENBERG, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Although we agree that in its July 18, 2011, Order on Case Management Conference, the trial court improperly ordered the relief specified in paragraphs 11 and 12 of that order, we deny the petition because it did not show any irreparable harm sufficient to warrant relief by certiorari.

Petition denied.
