Opinion filed December 23, 1940

AUTOMOBILES, AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 113.1collision with turning car, evidence. Where plaintiff, who was in a pregnant condition, was riding south in an automobile driven by her husband, and when a left turn was made into an intersecting street a collision occurred with defendant's automobile, question of defendant's negligence in failure to observe or warn the turning car or stop was for the jury, and verdict for plaintiff was not manifestly against the weight of the evidence.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. PETER H. SCHWABA, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at June term, 1940.
