This case was calendared for trial during the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. On January 27, 2021, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Continuance, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 27) informing the Court that a proposed decision document along with a Form 5278, Statement of Income Tax Changes has been mailed to petitioner. Respondent requests additional time to either file a proposed decision document or another status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 28, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
