DISCIPLINARY CASES.

It is ordered by this court, sua sponte, that Steven Alan Freedman, Attorney Registration No. 0025528, last known business address in Cleveland, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of October 14, 2008, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before November 13, 2008.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS June 22, 2009

1. Amendments to Rule II of the Rules for the Government of the Judiciary (procedures for adjudicating disciplinary complaints against justices of the Supreme Court of Ohio and campaign conduct complaints filed against Supreme Court candidates) have been adopted effective January 1, 2010. The final version of the amendments has been published in the June 22, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

MOYER, C.J., and Pfeifer, Lundberg Stratton, O'Connor, O'Donnell, Lanzinger, and Cupp, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.

2. Proposed amendments to Standard Probate Forms 18.0, 18.2, 18.4, 21.5, 23.0, 23.1, 23.2, 23.3, 23.4, 23.6, and 23.7 have been published for public comment in the June 22, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

MOYER, C.J., and Pfeifer, Lundberg Stratton, O'Connor, O'Donnell, Lanzinger, and Cupp, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for public comment.
