Appeal, No. 62, Jan. T., 1972, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Montgomery County, No. 44412, in re estate of Cyrus H. K. Curtis, deceased, appeal of Board of Commissioners of the Township of Cheltenham. Decree affirmed.
Proceedings on petition for citation to determine persons entitled to devised real estate. Before TAXIS, JR., P. J.
Decree entered dismissing objections of respondents to jurisdiction of the court. Respondents appealed.
