Because the order of dismissal, entered July 25, 2019, is now final it is ORDERED that all motions presently pending are stricken. It is further

ORDERED that all letters filed on or after January 1, 2020, are stricken from the docket record and placed in the Court's correspondence file; otherwise, the Court will take no further action in response to any such letter.
