The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 147 Conn.App. 148, 82 A.3d 647 (2013), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court should not have dismissed the plaintiff's complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction on the ground that the plaintiff failed to provide timely notice under General Statutes § 13a–149?” McDONALD, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
