MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated January 5, 2005, the Court questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal because the case originated in small claims court. See Howell Aviation Services v. Aerial Ads, Inc., 29 S.W.3d 321, 322-23 (Tex.App.-Dallas 200, no pet.). The Court directed appellant to file a letter brief within ten days of the date of the letter explaining how the Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not filed a letter brief. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
