Order denying appellant's motion to suppress a certain affidavit which had been submitted upon a motion, made by respondent, to amend a judgment in an action for the foreclosure of a mortgage, and to strike it from the records of the court on the ground that it is scandalous, irrelevant, impertinent and prejudicial, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
