By Order served June 23, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. On August 17, 2023, the Court dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction because petitioner failed to pay the filing fee. On August 23, 2023, petitioner paid the filing fee. The Court has vacated the Order of Dismissal, served August 17, 2023.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition is extended to September 14, 2023. If the Amended Petition is not received by September 14, 2023, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
