Pursuant to its docket equalization authority, the Supreme Court of Texas transferred this appeal to this Court from the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas. See Misc. Docket No. 19-9022 (Tex. Mar. 26, 2019); see also TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 73.001 (authorizing transfer of cases between courts of appeals).

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Jessica Cuba, has filed a motion to dismiss her appeal. Appellant and her attorney have signed the motion, and we have not issued a decision in the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Further, more than ten days have passed and the State has not expressed opposition to appellant's motion. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a)(2).

Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
