CIVIL MINUTES - GENERAL

Proceedings (In Chambers):

On June 25, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause “no later than two weeks from the date of this order, why the Court should exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act claim[s] and any other state law claim asserted in the complaint.” (ECF No. 12.)

The Order cautions that “[f]ailure to timely or adequately respond to this Order to Show Cause may. . . result in the dismissal of the entire action without prejudice.” (Id.) More four weeks have passed, and Plaintiff has not filed a response to the Court's OSC. Therefore, the Court hereby DISMISSES this case without prejudice.

All dates and deadlines are VACATED. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
