The defendants' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 136 Conn.App. 330, 46 A.3d 209, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's determination that the plaintiff was a contract employee for a defined period of time and was discharged in violation of that contract?”
