On April 29, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and the Court set the motion for hearing at the May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On May 20, 2022, the Court cancelled the May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), and the undersigned retained jurisdiction of the above-referenced case. To facilitate the rescheduling of this case on a future trial session, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed April 29, 2022, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued and restored to the general docket. Jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
