This case was called from the calendar at the remote trial session of the Court at Tampa, Florida on February 7, 2022. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. The parties requested an opportunity to confer. Thereafter, the Court recalled this case. Petitioner then appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent again appeared and orally moved to continue the case. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's oral motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case
