APPEAL — Briefs — Failure to Comply With Rules — Question Not Presented. — Where appellants' brief wholly fails to comply with the rule of the Supreme Court concerning the preparation and contents thereof, no question is presented for review.

From the Putnam Circuit Court; Walter W. Spencer, Special Judge.

Action between Ralph Crousore and others, and Theodore Crawley, administrator of the estate of Jacob Crousore, deceased. From the judgment entered, Ralph Crousore appealed.

Affirmed. By the court in banc.
