ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On July 12, 2023, Appellant filed a motion to abate with this Court. Appellant states that the appellate record is missing requested items and requests this Court to abate the briefing schedule until the appellate record is complete. Appellant informs this Court that an August 3, 2022, transcript and August 16, 2023, transcript are missing from the appellate record.

Appellant's motion is granted, and we abate this appeal for a period of thirty days. We remand to the trial court to hold any hearing it deems necessary to comply with this order. Any hearing shall be recorded, and a supplemental reporter's record from these hearing shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court. This appeal will be reinstated upon the date the complete supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record is filed with this Court or thirty days from the date of this order, whichever occurs first.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
