The Court GRANTS the District Clerk's second motion for extension of time within which to file the Clerk's Record until June 16, 2023. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE CLERK'S RECORD WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that Gloria A. Martinez, District Clerk for the 150th District Court of Bexar County, Texas, prepare the Clerk's Record and forward the same to this Court on or before June 16, 2023.
