By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date October 17, 1968. Our consideration of the petitions, the record and briefs, and oral argument having been heard, leads us to conclude that the petitions for certiorari and attorney's fee should be and they are hereby denied.

It is so ordered.
