Opinion issued June 14, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P.47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court, No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-41292-LI. Dismissed.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Lonnie Edward Crosby pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery. Pursuant to the plea agreement, the judge assessed punishment at thirty years' confinement and a $4000 fine. The trial court's certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
