STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR
VOLUNTARY REMAND PURSUANT TO
SENTENCE FOUR OF 42 U.S.C. § 405(g)
The parties, through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate that the Commissioner of Social Security has agreed to a voluntary remand of this case pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
On remand the Administrative Law Judge shall: hold a new hearing at which Plaintiff may testify regarding her limitations, reevaluate Plaintiff's credibility and subjective complaints, reevaluate the medical source opinions of Nicholas J. Orme, M.D. at pages 237-40 of the administrative record, reassess the claimant's residual functional capacity, and, if necessary, obtain supplemental vocational expert testimony.
