The parties, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate that pursuant to a Confidential Settlement Agreement the Amended Complaint and Counterclaim may be dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.

ORDER

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED THAT the entire action is hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
