The petition is granted and Therence Crooks is hereby afforded belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County which denied postconviction relief in case numbers 08-CF-449 and 08-CF-450. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided the clerk of the circuit court who shall treat it as a notice of appeal. Fia. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.

BENTON, PADOVANO, and CLARK, JJ., concur.
