JUDGMENT

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff's motion for an award of attorney's fees pursuant to EAJA be and is hereby GRANTED, and that the award be limited to the EAJA rate of $117.00 per hour for 19.3 hours of attorney time, resulting in an award of $2,258.10.

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
