This case was called from the calendar of the Court's October 24, 2022, trial session in San Diego, California. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioners. Respondent's counsel appeared and was heard. The Court spoke with Mr. Crogman via telephone. Mr. Crogman said that he was ill and could not attend the in-person proceedings. This case was recalled the same afternoon. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for remote trial on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
