This case was called from the calendar of the Court's October 24, 2022, trial session in San Diego, California. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioners. Respondent's counsel appeared and was heard. The Court spoke with Mr. Crogman via telephone. Mr. Crogman said that he was ill and could not attend the in-person proceedings.
