ORDER


AND NOW, this 30th day of March, 2011, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal is denied. As the docket reflects that Petitioner's in forma pauperis status was continued on September 9, 2010, to the extent that Petitioner's "Omnibus Motion" seeks that relief, the "Omnibus Motion" is denied as moot. The remaining requests for relief in the "Omnibus Motion" are denied.
