ORDER
Ms. Stacy Sharron is the court reporter responsible for preparing, certifying, and filing the reporter's record. The reporter's record was originally due on July 29, 2013. On July 26, 2013, Ms. Sharron filed a Notification of Late Record informing this court that the reporter's record will not be filed because appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the reporter's fee for preparing the record and appellant is not entitled to appeal without paying the fee.
On August 1, 2013, appellant informed this court that he has paid Ms. Sharron for the record. Appellant also asked for a thirty day extension of time in which Ms. Sharron could file the record. The request is GRANTED. Accordingly, Ms. Sharron is hereby ORDERED to file the reporter's record in this appeal no later than August 26, 2013.
