MARGARET CREEDON AND DONALD A. CREEDON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On April 21, 2022, respondent and petitioner Margaret Creedon filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, further review indicates that respondent's and petitioner Margaret Creedon's Proposed Stipulated Decision appears to be more akin to a Settlement Stipulation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's and petitioner Margaret Creedon's Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed April 21, 2022, is recharacterized as respondent and petitioner Margaret Creedon's Settlement Stipulation. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2022, the parties shall either (1) submit stipulated decision documents so this case may be concluded, or (2) file status reports (preferably a joint report) with the Court concerning the then-present status of this case.
