Motion granted. The time for the first examination of the defendant under the order of this court is extended to November 16, 1944; and the appellant shall not later than November 9, 1944, furnish the respondent's counsel with a written list of the officers, agents, employees and servants who have knowledge concerning the matters as to which the examination is granted and the subjects upon which they have such information. Should the war be ended before November 16, 1944, application may be made for a modification. All concur.
