On April 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served on the parties on April 7, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing, on or before April 21, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On August 11, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on April 7, 2023, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 6, 2023, is denied as moot.
