An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 9, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected for the June 2017 Term, And, plaintiff-appellant having moved for a calendar preference for their appeal within the June 2017 Term, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting plaintiff a calendar preference with the first two weeks of the June 2017 Term. The Clerk of this Court is directed to calendar said appeal for a date within the first two weeks of the June 2017 Term.
