The amended judgment, entered on October 19, 2006, is to be modified to include a provision requiring an accounting of all rents received from the first-floor rental of the duplex after James A. Coyne's death and payment of those rents with prejudgment interest into the estate of James A. Coyne. As so modified, the amended judgment is affirmed.
