BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petition for writ of mandamus is granted only to the extent that the copy of the petitioner's “Defendant's motion for counter claim objection to Court's order or in the alternative a motion for rehearing,” attached to his March 28, 2012, “Motion to the District Court,” which bears a certificate of service showing the date May 2, 2003, is hereby forwarded to the clerk of the circuit court for filing and review by the postconviction court. The court shall treat the motion as if filed on May 2, 2003. The petition for writ of mandamus is denied in all other respects.
