Wanda Covey, Appellant v. Rachel Raydawn Snodgrass, Appellee

FROM THE 35TH DISTRICT COURT OF MILLS COUNTY NO. 18-11-7027, THE HONORABLE MIKE SMITH, JUDGE PRESIDING.

Before Baker, Smith, and Jones, Justices. [*]

MEMORANDUM OPINION

J. Woodfin Jones, Justice.

Appellant's brief was originally due on February 21, 2023. On April 5, 2023, this Court sent a notice to appellant informing her that her brief was overdue and that a failure to file a satisfactory response by April 17, 2023, would result in the dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or a motion for extension of time. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).

Dismissed for Want of Prosecution.

[*] Before J. Woodfin Jones, Chief Justice (Retired), Third Court of Appeals, sitting by assignment. See Tex. Gov't Code § 74.003(b).
