ORDER

Upon consideration of petitioners' unopposed motion for order extending time to file opposition to motion to dismiss and reply to response to motion for stay, which includes a request to exceed the page limits, it is.

ORDERED that the motion for extension of time be granted. The combined reply in support of the motion for stay and the opposition to the motion to dismiss is now due December 4, 2007. It is.

FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to exceed the page limits be denied. Petitioners' combined response and reply may not exceed 20 pages. See D.C. Circuit Rule 27(c).
